Text and files you convert
The converters are programs that run inside the web page on your own device. What you paste or open is processed there and is never sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it, store it or recover it.
Your licence key
PasteFerry Pro unlocks with a licence key. The batch converter saves that key on your device so you paste it only once per browser. Roughly weekly, the page asks our licence endpoint whether the key is still good; the endpoint passes the question to the payment provider that issued the key. With the key, the page may send the activation id the provider gave this browser and a check token our endpoint issued for it, which prove the key was activated here for PasteFerry. While answering, our endpoint handles these and your IP address, and keeps none of them. Files you convert never leave your device.
Email addresses
This site has no mailing list and no sign-up forms. We only learn your email address if you write to us.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, under its own privacy policy. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Purchases
If you buy PasteFerry Pro, the payment is handled by our payment provider as the merchant of record, which receives your billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can support you, and never your full card number.
Your rights
Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, and we will answer within 30 days.
