Refund policy

You can get a full refund of PasteFerry Pro for any reason within 14 days of buying it. Send your order email or receipt to gauravtripathi001@gmail.com and say you would like a refund.

The payment provider returns the money to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days. A refund cancels your licence key, so the batch converter stops working in your browsers at its next checks, usually within about two weeks. Files you already converted are yours to keep.
